Find the condition that suits you

At Retourenscout, you can compare products across five condition levels. The selected grade, the scope of delivery, and the notes regarding the specific item will show you exactly what you are receiving.

Grade	Condition	Classification
G0	New	New goods, including overstock and clearance items. Please check the specific item for notes regarding the packaging.
G1	Very good	Used goods in very good condition with at most a few minor signs of wear.
G2	Good	Used goods with visible signs of wear. The specific condition is shown in the item description and product images.
G3	Heavily used	Significant signs of wear. Please pay close attention to the description of the individual item, its scope of delivery, and any stated limitations.
G4	Defective	Defective or partially defective goods. Functionality may be limited or entirely absent. Please read the information regarding the defect carefully before purchasing.

Price and availability per grade

You can select available conditions directly and order them at the displayed sales price.

If your desired condition is currently unavailable, you can sign up for a notification. Any amount marked as a "potential price" or "approx." is a non-binding estimate. It is not a binding offer and does not guarantee that the item will become available at that price. Our team will review your request and get back to you with a concrete offer.
