Withdrawal information
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. If several goods in a single order are delivered separately, the period begins upon receipt of the last item; for goods delivered in several lots or pieces, it begins upon receipt of the last lot or piece.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Retourenscout GmbH, Robert-Bosch-Straße 29, 14641 Nauen, Germany, telephone: +49 157 50112992, email: kunde@retourenscout.com, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery. We will reimburse you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days after the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal, to:
Retourenscout GmbH
c/o RTC Spedition und Logistik GmbH
z. Hd. Retoure
Ostendstraße 25
12459 Berlin
Germany
The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the fourteen-day period expires.
You bear the direct cost of returning goods that can be sent as parcels.
You bear the direct cost of returning goods that cannot be sent as parcels within Germany. These costs are EUR 49.90 for a return shipment weighing less than 50 kg, EUR 99.99 from 50 kg to less than 100 kg, and EUR 149.99 from 100 kg, per return shipment.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Additional information on processing your return
We check every return for identity, serial number, condition and the contents originally supplied. The relevant condition is the condition in which you received the goods. Signs of wear or defects already present and documented at delivery will not be attributed to you as new damage.
Please return all accessories supplied. Where possible, remove personal data and account links, such as Find My or an activation lock. Package the goods securely for transport. An order number helps us identify your return. These instructions are not additional requirements for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal; in particular, the original packaging is not required.
Any claim for diminished value will be justified and calculated transparently in accordance with the statutory requirements. There is no flat inspection or restocking fee. The inspection does not extend the statutory reimbursement periods or the limits of the right to withhold reimbursement explained above.
The statutory right of withdrawal also applies to discounted and used goods. The G4 “Defective” classification alone does not exclude it. Your statutory rights in respect of defects also remain unaffected. For a justified defect claim, the statutory rules apply to necessary transport costs; the cost rule for an ordinary withdrawal is not automatically applied to such claims.
