Shipping policy
Delivery areas
We deliver within Germany and to the European Union countries offered at checkout for the relevant order. Availability also depends on the items and shipping method. Bulky goods and freight deliveries are currently available only within Germany. Delivery to Switzerland and the United Kingdom is not currently available at checkout.
Shipping costs within Germany
The following rates apply to standard shipping items according to the recorded shipping weight, including packaging:

Bulky goods
The following scale applies to items shipped as bulky goods, independently of standard shipping:

If an order contains both standard items and items with separate bulky-goods shipping, the shipping costs of the respective shipping groups are added together. The full shipping cost is displayed at checkout before the order is placed with binding effect. All amounts stated are final prices including any applicable VAT.
Shipping to the European Union
Available delivery countries and shipping costs are shown at checkout after entering the delivery address and before completing the order. Costs depend on the destination country, shipping weight and items. If no shipping method is offered for a combination, an order to that delivery address is currently not possible.
Delivery times and dispatch
Usual delivery times are 1–3 working days within Germany and 3–7 working days for available EU deliveries. Different delivery times, particularly for bulky goods and freight, are stated in the relevant offer. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch after payment is received. Depending on size, weight and destination, goods are sent by parcel service or freight carrier. For freight deliveries, the carrier may arrange a delivery appointment by phone or email.
Tracking and partial deliveries
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. Where available, this includes a tracking number or tracking link. Multiple items may arrive in separate parcels or at different times. Partial deliveries do not create additional shipping costs after the order has been completed.
Transport damage
Please document visible transport damage where possible and contact us promptly. Failure to report damage, or reporting it late, does not restrict your statutory rights in respect of defects.
